Michael Schear focuses on software developed and supported from Construction Imaging and their partners. He also assists employees to increase knowledge of the industry, tools, and software, enabling them to provide a superior level of knowledge and understanding to our clients and the industry. By working with marketing and sales managers, Michael also coordinates marketing activities and policies to promote products and services.
Philip Dixon
Director of Sales and Marketing
Philip Dixon consults with national and strategic clients and accounts to educate and facilitate construction content management strategies by implementing Construction Imaging provided solutions. Philip also participates in the company’s strategic development, sales, and marketing initiatives.

Bradley McAdams provides leadership and coordination in the company's sales and marketing strategy. He is focused on growing and working with the current client base as well as learning overall operations of the entire organization to prepare for future succession of this family-owned company.

Kathy Hughes-Roy
Vice President of Implementation and Support Services
Kathy Hughes-Roy manages the software implementation, training, and support desk functions at Construction Imaging. Kathy has been able to reduced time required to complete installations, reduced average case dramatically, reduced open caseload by balancing and sharing the work.
Josh Wright
Director of Content Management Applications
Josh Wright works closely with customers, partners, internal departments, and the Director of Application Development to create high-quality software for our clients. Josh serves as the technical liaison with current partners and vendors as well as working with the rest of the CI team in evaluating new product and partnership opportunities.
