Thank you for your participation in Construction Imaging’s Case Study Program. All you have to do is fill out the form below and click submit, or download one of the word documents (Word 97-2003 .doc download, Word 2007 .docx download), fill out and email to nikim@construction-imaging.com.

We’ll write up your information in case study format, return it to you for clarification/approval, and enclose a “permission to use” form for your signature. Then we’ll ‘get the word out’ about your company in our quarterly newsletter, at major industry tradeshows, in sales presentations, on our Web site, and in other marketing activities.

1. Company Overview

Please provide a brief overview and history of your organization, such as the type of business, industry, size, revenues, number of employees, years in business, etc.

Identify your company’s business and technical challenges, goals, and objectives. Please list the strategic or competitive reasons that caused you to reevaluate your current situation. Please be as specific as possible; citing examples and include any supporting customer quotes that we may use.

Permission Process:

Construction Imaging will write the case study based on your comments and quotes, subject to your edits and approval. Construction Imaging will also coordinate the permission/release process with you and describe how we plan to use the case study (i.e., internal and external sales presentations, brochures, mailers, Web site, etc.)
