In this era of efficient resource usage, the 2010 User Group Conference agenda will ensure that you have the information and tools you need to manage your electronic document management applications and systems more effectively for your users and your organizations. Must-see presentations are designed specifically for Accounts Payable personnel, project managers, and IT professionals.
Accounts Payable staff can learn how to use Invoice Router more effectively and see options for customized configurations. Project Managers can attend CDM sessions with instructions for basic usage along with an advanced session on how to create your own applications. IT staff and AP power users can attend sessions to learn about Imaging Administration “Best Practices”, third party integration tools and software, and System Health and Maintenance.
When applicable, sessions will highlight new features of CDM 3.3 and IR Web Access.

Preparing for the User Group Conference | Indexing Documents When Using Document Level Security | Saving Your Work While in the Process of Approving an Invoice | Integrate 2k10 Registration | Webinars | Tradeshows | Become a Fan on Facebook | Technical Support
When a user attempts to index a document that has DLS (Document Level Security), associated with it, but does not have privileges to review the secured data, he or she will receive an AX message. To most users, it looks like an error message; however, it’s just an informational dialogue box, not an error. It basically warns the user that they are saving a document that has restricted data in the index and is either (accessible or non-accessible) based on user privileges. Only users that do not have access to the restricted data will see this dialogue box; unfortunately, there is no way to turn it off.
Below is an example of a document in the process of getting indexed, with restricted data associated with it.

In the latest version of Invoice Router, it is easy to save any work completed (coding) on an invoice. By choosing the SAVE button, approvers now have the capability to begin coding an invoice then save the existing work, in order to come back and finish it at a later time. By pressing the SAVE button, any coding that was initially added, will be retained and the invoice will remain in their queue, as a WAITING invoice.
Below is an example of an invoice in the process of getting approved, where the approver has coded out half of the amount of invoice, but needs to use the SAVE button to do the rest. The existing data saves along with the image. In order to retrieve it, the user will open it up as any other WAITING invoice and then finish the coding and approve it.
